Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents are not permitted on the beach or Boardwalk Promenade for this event.
Guests are strongly encouraged not to bring purses, knapsacks, backpacks, or bags of any kind in order to expedite screening and entry onto the beach venue.
Smoking cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and vapes is permitted on the Boardwalk Promenade only at designated areas located at the street ends on the west side of the Boardwalk Promenade. Smoking is not permitted on the beach. §33-8(O) of the Borough Code.
The concert venue is located on the beach and may not be suitable for most wheelchairs. For your convenience a handicap viewing area is created on the Boardwalk Promenade for handicap persons with wheelchairs or other assisted mobility devices and one guest accompanying the handicap person. A small number of PVC beach wheelchairs are available and must be reserved in advance by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 732-793-9100 (ask for Vickie Coppola). Handicap persons are encouraged to call us in advance so that we can help ensure that your concert experience is a great night.
All guests are subject to a security screening prior to entering the Seaside Heights Beach Stage venue. For safety reasons we prohibit certain items from entering the beach venue. Guests in possession of prohibited items will be denied entry or the items will be confiscated and not returned to the guest. In the event an illegal item is discovered, security staff will immediately notify local law enforcement personnel detailed to the event. If a guest is found to have a prohibited item while at the beach venue the item will be confiscated and the guest is subject to an official ejection.
Animals/Pets (except bona fide and trained ADA service animals)

Glass bottles or glass of any kind
Chains, studded bracelets, etc.
Signs with wires, lights, and/or batteries
Coolers and ice chests
Drones of any type
Laser pens and pointers
Noisemaking devices (i.e. whistles, air horns, drums, horns, vuvuzelas)
Professional photography equipment
Poles to display banners, flags, etc.
Un-approved pamphlets, handouts, ads, etc.
Weapons that include but are not limited to firearms, utility knives, razor blades, and cork screws
Any other item deemed to be inappropriate or dangerous by Seaside Heights Beach Stage management
